Then & Now Minneapolis Riverfront
Collage of past and present landmarks along the Mississippi Riverfront in Minneapolis.
Based on “Greetings from Minneapolis” with the addition of a present-day aspect. The collage is located outside of a cafeteria, so the concept was to use restaurants and food related industries along with landmarks that are located along the Mississippi riverfront. Rather than focusing on the vintage imagery, I proposed a timeline-style image with a blending of old and new.
Printed on canvas and measure 3′ x 12′.

Collage for backdrop of MN State Fair booth reflecting education in Minnesota Public Schools.

Designed as seamless artwork then divided into sections for printing on panels of a Mirage Serpentine Unit.
Measures 23′ x 7′.
